There are so many things to show 'Variety'. A story with double heroes. But instead of the usual brother story, both of them should be totally unrelated and different. I would like to act as a villain in another hero's movie. For everybody who enters the cine field, the ultimate dream is…direction. I too have that dream deep inside my heart.One day……… I will become a Director!
With name, fame, glory, money, adulation come the flip side of the business. For you do lose friendships. And you never know if the new ones you have made are ‘real’. There are definite strains on many of your relationships in the process.
I guess that’s cinema too.
You win some. You lose some.
But it’s all worth it.

‘Yes. Who’s this?’
‘Hi Vikram, I am Mani Ratnam’s assistant here. Mani sir was wondering if you could stop by the office sometime today.He wants to discuss his latest project with you.’
‘Uh … I am in the middle of shooting right now.’
'Oh that’s okay then. How about tomorrow?’
‘Uh … I am kind of working eighteen hours every day this week. But I should be done with this schedule in another week. Can I come after that?’
‘You bet. We will wait! I’ll call and remind you next week. Is that okay?’
‘Yeah. Thanks a lot. Say hi to Mani sir for me.’
‘Will do. Bye’
‘Bye.’
After fifteen very long years of struggle … it’s all s-o-o-o worth it.
